These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tk1996 ("tk1996", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tk1996 website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services including casino games, sports betting, fishing games, and promotional programmes.

By accessing the tk1996 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you are acting on behalf of another person, you also confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are drafted and published in English. English is the authoritative language for interpretation and enforcement. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity, the English text of these Terms shall prevail.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

To be eligible to register and use tk1996, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform for personal, recreational purposes only — not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You are the registered owner of the payment method used to deposit funds into your tk1996 account.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from tk1996, and you have not been instructed by tk1996 or any of its representatives to close your account.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk, and you accept that risk willingly and with full awareness.
• You are not currently under a self-exclusion agreement with tk1996 or any other gaming platform that covers tk1996's services.

2.1 Age Verification (KYC)

tk1996 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process for all registered accounts. You may be required at any time — and will be required before your first withdrawal — to submit valid proof of identity and proof of age. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority. Until KYC verification is complete, tk1996 reserves the right to place a hold on pending withdrawals.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

tk1996 is operated primarily for players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering an account. tk1996 does not make any representation that the platform is appropriate for use in locations outside Bangladesh.

To access the full range of services on tk1996, you are required to create a single personal account. Registration is free and requires a valid mobile number or email address, a username, and a password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information updated at all times.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on tk1996. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same email address, same device, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited. If tk1996 identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings accrued across those accounts may be voided at tk1996's sole discretion.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) used for two-factor authentication. You must not share your credentials with any other person. tk1996 will never ask for your password via email, phone call, or live chat. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

tk1996 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure, or from your disclosure of credentials to another person. Any actions taken on your account — including bets placed and deposits made — while your credentials are compromised will be treated as your own unless you have reported the compromise to tk1996 in advance of those actions occurring.

3.3 Accurate Registration Data

You must register using your real name as it appears on your government-issued identification. Accounts registered using false names, fictitious identities, or another person's personal details will be closed immediately upon discovery, and any funds held in such accounts will be subject to forfeiture.

tk1996 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of local and international payment methods designed for the convenience of players in Bangladesh. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Visa / Mastercard. All transactions on tk1996 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.1 Deposits

Deposits are processed in real time for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within standard banking hours for bank transfer methods. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. tk1996 does not charge a transaction fee on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own fees independently. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider.

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — funds sent from another person's bKash, Nagad, or bank account — are strictly prohibited and will result in a refund and potential account review.
• tk1996 reserves the right to request proof of deposit ownership at any time before processing a withdrawal.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your account balance and used in gameplay.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by our payments team. Standard processing times are as follows: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are completed within 1–4 hours; bank transfer withdrawals are completed within 1–3 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. tk1996 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

tk1996 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to delay, hold, or decline any transaction where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that funds may be connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct. In such cases, tk1996 may also be obliged to report the activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

5.1 Bonus Terms Apply

Every bonus and promotion offered by tk1996 is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus winnings. These individual bonus terms are published alongside the relevant promotion on the tk1996 platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• tk1996 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including the use of multiple accounts, bonus abuse strategies, or coordinated group play — will be voided and the relevant accounts closed.
• The minimum deposit required to activate a bonus will be stated clearly in the bonus-specific terms at the time of the promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus amount, as stated in the individual bonus terms) must be wagered before the bonus balance can be converted into withdrawable funds. Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering completion. The exact contribution percentages are published in the bonus-specific terms for each promotion.

6.2 Live Casino Games

Key principles include: bets placed after an event has started (except where in-play betting is explicitly offered) will be voided; in the event of a match abandonment, bets will be settled according to the specific rules applicable to that sport and market; tk1996 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.

6.4 Responsible Return-to-Player Information

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are published and available within the game information panel. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term average return across a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Sports betting and live casino games do not carry a fixed RTP, as outcomes depend on real-world events and player decisions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tk1996. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, unauthorised, or counterfeit payment methods; providing false identity information; engaging in chargebacks after wagering deposited funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or any other multi-player game format.
• Software exploitation: Using automated bots, scripts, software tools, or artificial intelligence to play games, place bets, or interact with the platform in any way that is not through normal human interaction via a standard browser interface.
• Bonus abuse: Attempting to exploit bonus structures through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, arbitrage strategies, or other methods designed to circumvent the intended purpose of a promotion.
• Money laundering: Using tk1996 as a vehicle to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising their origin — regardless of the activity's connection to winnings.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access another player's account, attempting to access the platform's back-end systems, or otherwise circumventing any security measure implemented by tk1996.
• Minors gambling: Allowing or enabling a person under the age of 18 to register an account or use the platform in any way, including sharing account credentials with a minor.

tk1996 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; chargebacks initiated against tk1996; account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months; or any behaviour that tk1996 considers harmful to the platform, to other players, or to the integrity of any game or market.

8.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your tk1996 account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Real-money funds remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after applicable verification checks are completed. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login, deposit, or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months. After 12 months of inactivity, tk1996 will notify you by email to the registered address. If no login activity occurs within 30 days of that notification, tk1996 may deduct a monthly inactivity administration fee from the account balance (where permitted under applicable rules), until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Any remaining real-money balance will be preserved for a period of no less than 5 years before being treated as abandoned.

8.3 Self-Exclusion Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk1996 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or loss of gaming session progress due to technical failure.

tk1996 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We employ industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions and maintain a dedicated security team, but no online system can guarantee absolute immunity from all possible technical failures.

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of tk1996 shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the principles of fair dealing and good faith applicable to online gaming platforms serving the Bangladesh market.
